His journey has been shaped more by missteps than milestones, more by wrong turns than straight paths. Far from traditional learnings, the most valuable lessons he acquired came from a series of wrong decisions, personal mistakes, and moments of fallibility.
Rather than breaking him, these experiences became the foundation for his growth—pushing him to think critically, act with intention, and develop the resilience needed to lead. These hard-won insights ultimately drove him to impart his learnings with ACSA Virtual — A Digital Home built not just on knowledge, but on lived experience.

Paul Bacani is an virtual assistant who has graduated in the field of Information Technology, He is engaged in website design, appointment setting, and some admin works. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of user experience, Paul combines his technical skills and creative flair to craft visually appealing and highly functional websites.
His dedication to staying updated with the latest industry trends ensures that each project he undertakes is not only modern but also efficient and user-friendly. Paul approaches each task with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence, always aiming to exceed client expectations and deliver outstanding digital experiences.

Narciso Lam De Paula Jr. is a dynamic and visionary leader with over 30 years of diverse experience spanning business development, operations management, entrepreneurship, and public service. He currently serves as President and CEO of NDP Builders, a one-person corporation in the construction industry, and as Owner-Manager of Boyet’s Kitchen, a thriving local online food venture based in Janiuay, Iloilo.
Narciso’s corporate background includes leadership roles in several top-tier BPO companies, where he led high-performing teams and consistently drove operational excellence. In the public sector, he served as Municipal Administrator and Chief of Staff for the Municipality of Janiuay, where he helped implement impactful community programs, progressive policies, and local development initiatives—balancing discipline with genuine public service.
With deep expertise in customer experience, team development, quality assurance, and strategic planning, Narciso is a people-first leader known for his clear vision, hands-on leadership, and unwavering commitment to results.
